Contemporary Montauk chic is how we’d describe the vibe at the Montauk Beach house, or “the MBH,” for short. Offering guests 5 different room types makes for a unique, fun approach to design and the appreciation of it. A stay at the MBH might send you running to refurnish your own place the week after. With refinished hardwoods, a bold take on wall color and furnishings, and warm lighting, you’ll wish you lived here. And the scene itself might make you.

For the entire season at its poolside decks, the MBH has given Montaukers a look at what summer should always be like. Great music, a friendly crowd, and incredible food and beverage options make the spot a true gem of the east end.

On the food and bev front, the menu keeps it light, with the clam pizza and the banh mi sandwich co-stealing the show. With respect to drinks, prepare for a menu you’ll want to work your way through one-by-one, as the MBH bar staff has put out a list of what should all be new classics. With names like “smoke on the roof” and “call an Uber!,” they’ve definitely kept their mostly-millennial audience in mind.

Their shop, curated for 2020 by NYC-based jewelry brand Tarin Thomas, offers a collection of summer-ready pieces that are sure to be the envy of all your friends. It’s the perfect way to take home a piece of Montauk that you can wear for the entire season, or seasons.

Pro tip: get a frosé on the pool deck and try not to gram it.
