WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Surf culture isn’t the only thing the east end has in common with Hawaii. Beachy vibes, a commitment to nature, and the feeling of chilled out relaxation that takes over the moment you set foot out in the Hamptons are probably what inspired the folks behind Cafe Mambo in Maui to open up a second location…in Westhampton Beach. Bringing the aloha all the way across the country, owners Jamie and Olga Betham serve up the cuisine that won them fame in Hawaii to surfers and non-surfers alike on the east end.
Açai bowls, a longtime surf food staple, are served up with a variety of toppings. The sandwiches are also perfect for a beach picnic.
Pro tip: the Mambo crepe, for lunch.
