The Hamptons are a definitely known for having a certain cachet, and if you want to hit up a dinner spot where you can see and be seen, then Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor is where you need to be.

Opening in 2017 as the east end sister of the notorious Manhattan restaurant of the same name, Le Bilboquet in Sag Harbor brings all the exclusivity and glamour of the city to a decidedly more relaxed atmosphere. Located right on the water, and often offering a view onto some major luxury yachts, Le Bilboquet is as Instagram-ready a restaurant as you’ll find out east.

In terms of the cuisine, expect to find the same French-inspired classics that you’re used to from the city, including the famous Cajun Chicken and Beef Tartare. When we’re at the out east location, we start off with a Tuna Tartare before getting into a Bouillabaisse Royale.

Pro tip: a bottle of rosé and the seafood tower are the perfect light Hamptons dinner.
