What are we going to say about the East Hampton Grill that hasn’t been said already? The place is legendary on the east end for the finest level of food and cocktails, and its customers include both ordinary locals and celebrities alike.
The kitchen, under the direction of culinary manager Colin Stafford, cranks out spiffed up iterations of the usual classics (think tuna tartare, but the best you’ve ever had, etc.), while the buzz and ambiance of the restaurant itself truly make you feel like you’ve made it out east. And the bar, with its old school vibe, feels like it was made for you to tell a client to meet you there for a drink.
Pro tip: the pan fried dover sole never disappoints.
