The best nouveau American cuisine on the east end? We think so.
The husband and wife team behind the experience at Cove Hollow have put together a menu of classics and new flair that have us coming back frequently. The exposed plank walls and ceiling create an environment that’s cozy and reflective of the east end. Cove Hollow’s greatness isn’t exactly a well kept secret, though, so we’d advise making reservations, especially on summer weekends.
Pro tip: grab one of their sauces (they’re sold in jars) for home on your way out, then pawn it off as your own to unsuspecting dinner guests back in the city.
