We’re not going to say much here about Bostwick’s that hasn’t already been said, because everyone’s written about Bostwick’s.
In short, Bostwick’s is one of the most iconic restaurants out east, known for the 2+ hour waits for its lobster rolls, fresh seafood, and, of course, chowder. A summer out east isn’t really complete until you’ve been to Bostwick’s.
Pro tip: go early, or during the week. Weekend waits can have you drinking so much rosé you forget what you came for (which, of course, is the lobster bisque).
